These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Advantage RTO’s website, online services, customer portals, and other digital services provided by Advantage RTO (“Advantage RTO,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using these services, you agree to these Terms.
Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Customer Agreements. These Terms govern use of Advantage RTO’s website and online services. They do not replace, amend, modify, or supersede any rental-purchase agreement, purchase agreement, payment agreement, or other contract between Advantage RTO and a customer. If these Terms conflict with a customer agreement concerning a particular transaction, the customer agreement controls.
1. Use of Services and Accounts
You may use Advantage RTO’s website and services only for lawful purposes.
You may not:
- Violate applicable law;
- Gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to Advantage RTO systems, accounts, networks, or data;
- Interfere with the operation or security of Advantage RTO’s website or services;
- Introduce viruses, malicious software, or other harmful material;
- Impersonate another person or provide false or misleading information;
- Use bots, scraping tools, or similar automated technology without Advantage RTO’s authorization; or
- Copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit Advantage RTO content except as authorized by Advantage RTO.
If you create or use an account, you are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your account credentials, and promptly notifying Advantage RTO if you believe your account has been compromised.
Advantage RTO may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect Advantage RTO, its customers, systems, or users.
2. Payments and Account Communications
Advantage RTO or its authorized service providers may provide online payment and account-management services. Payment processing may be performed by third-party providers, and customers are responsible for providing accurate payment information and using only payment methods they are authorized to use.
Advantage RTO may communicate with customers regarding their accounts, agreements, payments, transactions, service requests, and other account-related matters by mail, email, telephone, or text message where appropriate consent has been provided.
Consent to recurring SMS/text messages is addressed separately below.
3. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
SMS Program
Advantage RTO may send recurring SMS/text messages to existing customers who have affirmatively consented to receive text messages from Advantage RTO.
Messages are used for customer-care and account-related purposes and may include payment reminders, payment confirmations, declined payment notices, past-due notices, account status updates, receipts, responses to customer requests, and other account-related updates.
Messages sent through this program are not promotional or marketing messages.
SMS Consent
Consent to receive SMS/text messages is voluntary.
Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing or renting property, entering into or maintaining an agreement, maintaining an account, or otherwise receiving products or services.
Providing Advantage RTO with a mobile telephone number, becoming a customer, creating an account, or agreeing to these Terms does not by itself constitute consent to receive recurring SMS messages.
Customers must separately and affirmatively consent before recurring SMS messaging is enabled.
Consent may be provided through an approved opt-in method presented by Advantage RTO. The specific consent method provided to the customer will include the applicable SMS disclosures before consent is given.
Advantage RTO may maintain records showing when and how SMS consent was provided.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies depending on account activity and customer interactions.
Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier and mobile service plan.
Opt-In Confirmation
After opting in, you may receive a confirmation message confirming your enrollment in Advantage RTO’s SMS messaging program.
Opting Out
You may opt out of Advantage RTO SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.
After receiving an opt-out request, Advantage RTO may send a final confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed.
You will not receive additional recurring SMS messages unless you subsequently provide consent to receive them again.

Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message delivery is subject to your wireless carrier and network availability.
Mobile Information and SMS Consent
Mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and SMS consent records will not be sold, rented, shared, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Information collected through Advantage RTO’s SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Services
The Advantage RTO name, logos, website design, software, text, graphics, trademarks, service marks, and other Advantage RTO content are owned by Advantage RTO or its licensors and protected by applicable law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, license, or commercially exploit Advantage RTO intellectual property without prior written authorization.
Advantage RTO’s website and services may link to or integrate with third-party websites, applications, payment processors, or service providers. Advantage RTO does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, privacy practices, or operation. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
5. Availability, Disclaimer, and Limitation of Liability
Advantage RTO works to maintain reliable online services but does not guarantee that its website or services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Advantage RTO may modify, maintain, suspend, restrict, or discontinue portions of its online services when reasonably necessary.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Advantage RTO’S WEBSITE, ONLINE SERVICES, INFORMATION, AND DIGITAL MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” Advantage RTO DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Advantage RTO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE Advantage RTO’S WEBSITE OR ONLINE SERVICES.
Advantage RTO’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING SOLELY FROM USE OF THE WEBSITE OR ONLINE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT, IF ANY, PAID SPECIFICALLY FOR THE ONLINE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR $100.
Nothing in these Terms limits any right or liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
6. Privacy and Changes to These Terms
Your use of Advantage RTO’s website and services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how personal information is collected, used, disclosed, and protected.

Advantage RTO may update these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms will be posted on the website with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website or online services after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
Changes to these Terms do not constitute consent to receive SMS messages.
7. Age and Legal Capacity
Advantage RTO’s website and online services are not directed to children under 13.
Individuals entering into rental-purchase agreements, purchases, leases, or other legally binding transactions must meet the age and legal-capacity requirements applicable to the transaction.
8. Miscellaneous
Advantage RTO’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive its right to enforce that provision later.
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute concerning a customer agreement remains subject to the governing-law and dispute-resolution provisions of that agreement.
